Other than the repetitive retweets by the official Twitter account, I haven’t heard a single positive thing about Universal’s Ouija (review, and another review), which is why I opted to avoid seeing it. Good or bad doesn’t matter, it’s all about the Benjamin’s, and the Benjamin’s came pouring in (it took in nearly $85 million worldwide).
Hence, Uni has said “Yes!” to a sequel, says Platinum Dunes producer Brad Fuller.
“Ouija 2 is coming,” he tells Collider.
“In Ouija, a group of friends must confront their most terrifying fears when they awaken the dark powers of an ancient spirit board.“
