Fox has greenlit three new drama pilots and a comedy, says TheWrap, adding that they include a remake of BBC’s “Luther,” a Frankenstein reboot, and a limited crime series.
“Frankenstein” comes from 20th Century Fox, executive producer and writer Rand Ravich (“Crisis,” “Life”) and Howard Gordon (“24,” “Homeland”).
“It follows Ray Pritchard, a morally corrupt retired cop, who is given a second chance at life when he is brought back from the dead. Now younger and stronger, Pritchard will have to choose between his old temptations and his new sense of purpose.”
It sounds like a crappy version of RoboCop to me.
I don’t like any of Fox’s television series (i.e. “Sleepy Hollow,””The Following”), which means I will probably skip this entirely.
