Here’s A US Map Showing Where Horror Movies Took Place

Published

on

Have you ever watched a horror movie and wondered, “Where does this take place?” Well, a thread on Reddit features a huge map that shows which movies took place in which states. Now, keep in mind that this focuses on the stories themselves, not where it was filmed. Also, some films crossed state lines during the story, so keep that in mind as well. An example would be Psycho, which starts in Phoenix, Arizona but then Marion Crane travels well into California.

Head below to see this amazing map! If you want to see it even bigger, right-click on it and open it in a new tab as it’s rather monstrous in size!

Landon recently teased on Twitter, “This is my love letter to DePalma.”

Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach wrote the script.
