Bella Thorne was the big name attached to MTV’s “Scream.” And much like Drew Barrymore in Wes Craven’s 1996 film of the same name, she was killed off in the opening moments.
But somehow, some way she’ll return – only meaner. My guess, the obvious one, in a flashback. Maybe we’ll find out why Ghostface targeted her in the debut episode of “Scream,” entering its third episode next week.
“You will see more Nina,” Thorne told the San Diego crowd at the Comic-Con panel. “I’ll be back. More mean and less dead.”
“I really wanted to die on screen. It’s so cool,” Thorne continued, “The character, it’s hard because everybody wants to kill you off because you’re not well liked. I felt bad about having to be so mean.”
Thorne’s character was left facedown in a pool (pictured above) when Ghostface made his first ever television kill.
