Winning Fan-Made ‘Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance’ Poster

Justin P. from Islip, NY has won the Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance “Face Of The Fan” contest. Below you’ll find his fan-made poster creation featuring a 3-D stylized look at Ghost Rider.

From Crank directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance 3D stars Nicolas Cage, Ciaran Hinds, Violante Placido, Idris Elba, and Johnny Whitworth.

In theaters February 17, “In the successor to the worldwide hit ‘Ghost Rider,’ Johnny – still struggling with his curse as the devil’s bounty hunter – is hiding out in a remote part of Eastern Europe when he is recruited by a secret sect of the church to save a young boy (Fergus Riordan) from the devil (Ciaran Hinds). At first, Johnny is reluctant to embrace the power of the Ghost Rider, but it is the only way to protect the boy – and possibly rid himself of his curse forever.READ MORE

First ‘Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance’ Clip Gets Charred Up and Spit Out!

First Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance Clip Gets Charred Up and Spit Out!

I absolutely hated Sony’s 2007 Ghost Rider, so much so that it took the above wicked photo of Nicolas Cage as Johnny Blaze to rejuvenate my interest. Having just premiered on the Spike TV Scream Awards, the first ever clip from Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is burning up the internet, and while I’m still skeptical, at least now I’m excited…

Arriving in a blaze of fury on February 17, 2012, Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor direct this time around and have apparently delivered something much more gritty than its predecessor. This charred-up and spit out version of Ghost Rider looks beyond rad, while maintaining that comic book atmosphere. What do you think of the clip?

Nicolas Cage Talks “Wild” Filming Techniques for ‘Ghost Rider’ Sequel

While Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor’s Gamer was a horrible film, it was hard to ignore the “interesting” filming techniques from the directors of Crank. UKPA caught up with star Nicolas Cage on his Season of the Witch promotion tour where he talked a bit about working with the duo on the now-filming Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance 3D. Cage explains that Neveldine and Taylor will continue using their “wild” techniques: “The director’s on rollerblades and hanging from wires with the camera, holding on to the motorcycle and it’s going to be really wild.” The star also promised the sequel, Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance, would be quite different from the first film. “(It’s going to be) very different. A completely new experience and that’s how the directors choose to see it. I mean there’s even a new origin sequence.” We’ll see just how different it is on February 17, 2012.
