Walking Obstacle Header 51612 [Random Cool] The Walking Dead Obstacle Course!

If you live in San Diego, or find yourself there for Comic-Con from July 12th-14th, you might want to hit up the official Robert Kirkman endorsed “The Walking Dead” obstacle course! It’s located in Petco Park and promises to be fairly badass!

From the official site, “The course has been specifically designed for participants with a wide range of abilities. The world we know is about to end. An epidemic of apocalyptic proportions will sweep the globe causing the dead to rise and feed on the living. The only way to survive is to buy an Evac Pass, track the virus and get out before it is too late. In a matter of months society will crumble and San Diego will be first of many cities to fall. Only a few will escape. Some won’t even try.”

Have What It Takes To Run A 5K While Being Chased By Zombies?

If you think you possess the strength, the willpower, the ironclad thighs that are required to run from zombies in a 5 kilometer obstacle course, then all I can say is bravo, for you are a far stronger person than I. I suppose it’s good practice for when the zombie apocalypse inevitably happens, but really, I’d much rather think i’m capable of surviving a zombie apocalypse rather than take a stab at this course and realize I don’t stand a fucking chance. Check it out and decide for yourself.

This sort of reminds me of a far more grueling haunted house. You know, like one of those haunted attractions that actually makes you do stuff? I went to one a few years back that had me climbing winding staircases and running through a pitch black maze before I was shat out on some three story slide.
