“The Walking Dead” / “Fear the Walking Dead” Crossover Character Being Revealed This Sunday!

Worlds will collide.

It was recently announced that “The Walking Dead, now in its eighth season, and spinoff “Fear the Walking Dead,” headed towards its fourth, would soon be coming together thanks to a character from one appearing in the other, and it looks like all will be revealed about that exciting crossover this coming Sunday night!

AMC revealed over on Twitter today that this Sunday night’s episode of “Talking Dead” will spill the beans, revealing the character crossover details at 10pm EST.

THIS IS IT. The crossover character will be revealed,” AMC tweeted.

“Fear the Walking Dead” is a prequel to “The Walking Dead,” so it’s always possible that even a dead character from the main show could soon pop up in the spinoff. Abraham, killed by Negan in Season 7 of “The Walking Dead,” has been rumored to eventually appear in “Fear the Walking Dead,” but we can only speculate at this time.

Any guesses?

Well introducing a crossover character is one thing this show doesn’t need to do, they need to focus on getting this show better, back to the way that it used to be. What exactly is that going to do for the show? In terms of making it better again, to boost their ratings etc. I mean as intriguing as this sounds……..hell, I don’t even know what to say anymore! I’ve been with this show since season one episode one and I have full intention on going down with the ship, if that should happen. But with that I’m also free to express my opinion about the show as well.

Indeed. I’ve been with it since episode 1… and this new season has been embarrassing, far worse than the last few seasons… but, I’m sticking to it to see how it all rolls out.
      But Goddamn!

Wow, really? I’m finding season 8 to be so much better than the last season. Figured that was the general consensus, that’s how much praise I’ve been hearing for this current season.

You know I’ve gone back and watched the earlier episodes when AMC does their marathons and I’m just glued to the tv. The show was so engaging and you didn’t want to look away or miss anything! Now with these new episodes, during the show (and I don’t mean a commercial break either) I find myself getting up for a drink, looking at my tablet, and mind you I have DVR and I don’t bother to pause it cuz I know I’m not gonna miss shit!

I was wondering have you heard anything about something “major” happening on the show during the mid-season finale episode? I have had 3 different people tell me that either a major character dies or something very “show shattering” is on its way. They haven’t been specific (Thank You) cuz they don’t want to spoil anything. But I guess it’s supposed to be huge! If you have don’t spoil it I just was trying to see if it’s a bunch of bullshit or not. Also if this is the first you’re hearing about it from me allow me to apologize!

I have been obsessed with this show and have watched it religiously. However, last season basically emasculated th
e main character and the rest of the cast were dispersed to different locales. So many have fallen by the wayside, and we barely hear of them. Negan was miscast, and I’m tired of that storyline. Gabriel is especially irritating, and I wish they had killed him off long ago. Jesus started out great, but then faltered into a ridiculous parody. Now, FTWD is a superior program than TWD–never thought I’d say that. I will keep watching though.
As for the crossover, I hope they give Aaron a shot at a bigger role in FTWD. His character has always interested me, and frankly, I was relieved when his partner died, so they could give him more of a life. Perhaps the baby will have something to do with it?

Well said Jay! Almost everything you touched upon in your comment is exactly what my problems are currently with the show!

People…please pay attention. A character from The Walking Dead is appearing in Fear The Walking Dead. Not the other way around. Don’t get your hopes up. It’s just a dead character, most likely Abraham, appearing. Not that exciting.

      • Necro

Really a “dead character” huh? Maybe you should be the one to “pay attention”! Yep not that exciting regardless!

Alicia went off on her own at the end of season 4, i’d like to see her form into the badass she played in the 100

  • IWC-3PO

Spoiler Alert: It’s Philip Blake aka The Governor.

  • Dennis Giles

Everyone guessing ..which character it may be…Not sure of the legit timeline that will work out correctly with this so called “cross-over”.
Can a “Fear” character really save TWD ? My guess is not possible. Opinions vary !

I’m hoping its Nick bc he knows how to survive the most plus he’d be a cool addition to The Walking Dead

    • Dennis Giles

Nic is probably in my humble opinion the worst actor iv’e seen in t.v show for a long time.
I’m not after Oscar winning performances here ,but come on Nic.
My aunt’s neck brace has more acting skills than him.

I couldn’t disagree more. Season 3 was superb! I can’t wait for Season 4, I just hope the change of Show Runner doesn’t hurt it.

“unsuspecting public” ? Pretty sure we ain’t splitting another atom.
    Obviously a saw fan.
