‘Pride and Prejudice and Zombies’ UK Trailer Slays!
Lovely ladies slaying the undead? Yes, please!
Lionsgate just released the UK trailer for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which stars Elizabeth (Lily James), Lydia (Ellie Bamber), Mary (Millie Brady), Jane (Bella Heathcote), and Kitty (Suki Waterhouse) as the Bennett sisters who brutally slay the undead.
The trailer is action-packed as the Bennett sisters rip through the undead all while dressed to the nines. My only issue is the fact that the CGI blood is so noticeable, which is a bit alarming. That said, the tone of the movie will dictate how much I care – and from the looks of things we’re in for a treat! (Oh, and for those of you asking about the trailer’s music, you must check out Sleigh Bells, a band dedicated to loud).
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies “begins with the tangled relationship between lovers from different social classes in 19th century England, and is complicated by a full on outbreak of zombies.“
Screen Gems will release Pride and Prejudice and Zombies in theaters February 5th, 2016.
