Developer/publisher Psychotronic has released their Steam Next Fest demo for their upcoming six-player multiplayer horror party game, Death Dealer. Ahead of the game’s launch on November 4, the demo allows friends to work together or turn on each other in this card game, where you can be the one who has to hide, or be the one who has to seek.
Trapped underground, you and your friends are forced to play a game of cards. When a player loses the game, they become the hunted, while everyone else buys weapons. Then the hunt begins. You either seek out your friends, or become the hunted and do whatever it takes to survive. Hunters have until the countdown ends to find their target. Run out of time and the tables turn. The hunted gets a shotgun, and the hunters become the prey.
At the table, win chips and spin your personal slot machine for extra chips, strange effects and gameplay modifiers. Expect desperate escapes, terrible decisions, proximity chat screaming, friends turning on each other, and Janky Disco.
The demo will remain available through Steam Next Fest, which runs from October 19 to 26, and will be switched off on October 29.
