Jessica Chastain (It Chapter Two) covers both ends of the maternal spectrum as a career focused Mommy and a demonic Other Mommy in director Rob Savage‘s latest supernatural horror movie. As the Academy Award® winning actress says in our exclusive clip from the film’s upcoming Digital release: “It’s fun to be creepy.”
Other Mommy debuts exclusively on digital platforms beginning November 10, and on 4K and Blu-ray on December 29, 2026, from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.

In the new horror movie, Bela, an 8-year-old girl living in a home with marital problems, confronts a sinister entity that comes out of her closet. The presence, whom she calls “Other Mommy,” becomes increasingly threatening to her and her family.
Jay Duplass (Transparent, Industry) plays Daddo, Bela’s father, and Arabella Olivia Clark (The Housemaid, The Hand that Rocks the Cradle) plays Bela. Actor Award nominee Dichen Lachman (Severance), Emmy and Tony Award nominee Arian Moayed (Succession), and screen legend Karen Allen (Indiana Jones).
Other Mommy is an adaptation of Josh Malerman’s (Bird Box) novel Incidents Around the House. The screenplay is by WGA award winner Nathan Elston, writer for the Emmy-winning sensation Succession.
