With the movie chomping up the big screen, now is the perfect time to either revisit or read, for the very first time, the novel that the film is an adaptation of. That’d be author Steve Alten‘s Meg: A Novel of Deep Terror, originally published in July 1997. Now that it’s been 20+ years, an anniversary movie tie-in edition has been released, retitled The Meg.
