Published

on

Eibon Press have announced that they will be releasing a comic book adaptation of Lucio Fulci’s Gates of Hell (aka City of the Living Dead) in 2017. The art, illustrations, and writing will come from Stephen Romano, Derek Rook, and Ander Zarate. They’ve released the cover and one page from the adaptation, both of which can be seen below.

Eibon previously released the first issue of their adaptation of Fulci’s Zombie, which sold out of it’s 1,000 copy initial run in under 24 hours. They’ll be releasing another 1,000 copies and bumping up their runs to 2k units per issue, according to their latest update.

No other information has yet been released for Gates of Hell, but we’ll be keeping an eye on things!
