Free ‘Devil’ Screening In Orlando
Every joke I could possibly make about The Night Chronicles’ first outing is way too cheap and obvious, so I’ll go ahead and say what nobody else is instead: Devil looks like it has the potential to be a brisk (80 minutes!) Twilight Zone-esque romp. Directed by the Dowdle Brothers (Quarantine) and written Brian Nelson (Hard Candy), Devil certainly has something going for it behind the camera. Wouldn’t it be great if Shyamalan’s twist was that the film was actually as interesting as the trailer? If you’re a B-D reader living in the Orlando area and share my sentiments, I’ve got great news for you. B-D has been given 25 passes (good for 2 people each) to an advanced screening of the film at AMC Altamonte 18 (433 E. Altamonte Ave.) at 11:59 PM on Thursday, September 16. To win a pass, all you have to do is email your name to bloodydisgustingpodcast@gmail.com. Winners will be chosen at random and notified via email tomorrow night.
