[Beyond Fest ’14] Win a Limited Edition ‘Starry Eyes’ Poster by Jay Shaw!
The Los Angeles premiere of the intense new horror film Starry Eyes is fast approaching (read my SXSW review here). My contest for tickets (where you guys shared your L.A. Horror Stories) is now closed, but you still have a chance to win something quite awesome. A beautiful limited edition Starry Eyes poster illustrated by the great by Jay Shaw! It’s an 11×17 version that is signed by the directors. What do you have to do? Not much, just buy a ticket to the premiere and send me proof of purchase. All you have to do is get a screengrab of the ticket or email receipt and send it along. For security purposes please crop or blur out any bar codes or credit card info.
Then email evan@bloody-disgusting.com with those pics (use STARRY EYES Premiere the subject header). 10 winners will be selected at random. U.S. residents only (also, you should be in town anyway to go to the screening).
The premiere is part of Beyond Fest (which has an amazing lineup this year) at the Egyptian Theater (6712 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028) and will take place on Monday, September 29th at 730 PM. You can get tickets HERE.
The Starry Eyes screening will feature a Q&A with writer/directors Kevin Kölsch and Dennis Widmyer along with the film’s star, Alex Essoe. And, as a special treat, Kölsch and Widmyer will be hosting a screening of Andrzej Zulawski’s’s Possession immediately afterwards at 10 PM. Check out the teaser for Starry Eyes, along with a Beyond Fest trailer, below.
