Caribou – Our Love
I cannot write to anything with a mass of lyrics. Its difficult and the words are distracting, too easily seeping their way into whatever is on the page in front of me. So I love bands that are able to make pieces without lyrics, or very few. It provides a great and enjoyable background piece that informs a certain mood, and with Caribou, and this song in particular it’s a weird state of circular euphoria. If that doesn’t make any sense, too bad, it’s the strange way this band makes me feel.
