Proxy
Technically Proxy might fall into the 2013 year, but it wasn’t widely available to the public until VOD in 2014. Proxy is a kick ass, brutal study of the mental disorder of Munchausen by Proxy, which is something we don’t see a lot of in the film. The most memorable case would be the deranged mother in The Sixth Sense. Proxy takes the entire situation to an entirely new level, I promise you’ll be surprised.
