When it comes to modern day horror, pretty much every filmmaker owes at least some amount of honor and respect to Alfred Hitchcock, “The Master Of Suspense”. This was the man who created some of the most recognized films in the thriller and horror genres. Just like how Jaws created a generation that was terrified to go into the water, Psycho was a film that was responsible for a fear of showers and shower curtains.
One of the things Hitchcock was known for was his “blink and you’ll miss them” cameos. He appeared in 75% of his films, tucked away in some area of the shot where the viewer’s eyes were not meant to be focused.
