If I haven’t yet convinced you that physical media is alive and well, the fact that Synapse Films comes in at number 2 should do the trick. Synapse is basically the perfect company. The amount of love and devotion that they put into every release is the gold standard. Nothing comes out with the Synapse name attached to it unless it’s perfect. If it takes them years to locate and clean up the perfect print, then so be it. They never settle for anything less than the best and they deliver every single time.
