2. The Tyrant/Mr.X from Resident Evil 2 (PS1)
Deserves a top spot for giving me the biggest jump scare ever in a video-game. When he revealed himself for the first time and burst through the walls at the police station I just lost it. I wasn’t ready for pre-rendered backgrounds to be manipulated like that. Also when someone can use a slow walk and still catch up with you, then you know they are to be feared!
