The series is a bold re-imagining of Shakespeare’s characters in crazy new settings. It allows a certain amount of accessibility to the series that has been going for years now. Our own Jorge Solis said of issue #2 “The classic Shakespearean characters feel more modernized as they become part of the pirate and swashbuckling genre. Giving the “Kill Shakespeare” series a fresh and new direction, which will appeal to both newcomers and longtime readers.”
