Honorable mention goes to The Shining (1980) for how disgusting the old woman in room 237 is. I would have asked Danny to chop my hands off after touching that old wet broad. Huge rotting holes in skin really get me. I have Trypophobia pretty bad, I swear that was one of the movies when I was 12 that started it.
