The Flying Spheres – Phantasm
The ball is well known thing (along with series’ super-sized villain, the tall man) in the horror world. It’s simple: it’s a softball sized steel ball that flies around a mausoleum at high speeds, has heatseeking for tracking down its victims, two blades and a drill for the victim’s head. Once it spots you, it makes the noise of an airplane at low volume and then uses the two blades to insert into your head for stability. Then the drill is inserted into the front of your head where it sucks all the blood out of your body and spews it out of the back. This is to allow the tall man to make you into an evil, Ewok-looking miniature slave!
