Trailer for ‘Cube’-Like Sci-Fi Thriller ‘Meander’ Gets Weird [Exclusive]
At long last, Hostile director Mathieu Turi is back with his insane sci-fi thriller Meander, in which a woman (Gaia Weiss; “Vikings”) wakes up in a strange tube full of deadly traps and her only option is to keep moving forward.
Bloody has the exclusive trailer drop that’s intense and nightmarishly claustrophobic, looking like a perfect blend of Vincenzo Natali’s sci-fi horror Cube and James Wan’s fierce torture film, Saw. It’s colorful, nasty, and filled with traps, not to mention creatures?
Written and directed by Turi, Variety has previously reported that the English-language film also stars Peter Franzen as a man whose “intentions are mysterious.” From the looks of it, he’s been trapped in this maze for a long, long time.
Gravitas Ventures will release the film in limited theaters and on VOD platforms July 9, 2021.

Spider One (Bury the Bride, Little Bites) is back in the director’s chair for this year’s Big Baby, a meta slasher that sees Brandon Scott (Dead to Me) puppeteering slasher kills in our exclusive teaser debut.
Brainstorm Media will release the film on VOD on August 7, 2026.
In the upcoming slasher, “A nightmare involving a maniac killer in a baby mask serves as inspiration for horror screenwriter Adam Lewis’s new script. As more nightmares, visions, and real life terror begin to challenge Adam’s sanity, he finds himself in a desperate struggle to control his writing, his reality, and who will be Big Baby’s next victim.”
