Sinners 2025 horror

Ryan Coogler’s (Creed, Black PantherSinners is headed to theaters in just over a month from Warner Bros., and we’re exclusively unveiling a brand new poster that invites you to dance with the devil.

Sinners opens in theaters on April 18, 2025. It’s been rated “R” for “Strong bloody violence, sexual content and language.”

Check out the new art below, which calls to mind the movie’s line, “You keep dancing with the devil, one day he’s gonna follow you home.”

Written and directed by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Coogler, the film stars Michael B. Jordan in dual roles. Hailee Steinfeld (Bumblebee), Jack O’Connell (Eden Lake), Wunmi Mosaku (“Loki”), Jayme Lawson (The Batman), Omar Benson Miller (“CSI: Miami”), and Delroy Lindo (Da 5 Bloods) round out the cast.

In Sinners, “Trying to leave their troubled lives behind, twin brothers (Jordan) return to their hometown to start again, only to discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back.”

Coogler previously teased of his upcoming film, “Sinners is a unique one. It’s genre fluid. There are vampires in the film, but it’s really about a lot more than just that. It’s one of many elements, I’ll say. I think we’re going to surprise people with it.”

The filmmaker’s influences only further highlight that audiences can expect something more than your typical vampire movie. He revealed, “A lot of Coen Brothers’ influence in this. Robert Rodriguez is a big one. On the nose, it’d be very easy to make this From Dusk Till Dawn, but it’s actually quite close to The Faculty.”

Writer and director Ryan Coogler’s behind-the-camera artisans include his Black Panther franchise collaborators: director of photography Autumn Durald Arkapaw, Oscar-winning production designer Hannah Beachler, editor Michael P. Shawver, Oscar-winning composer Ludwig Göransson, and Oscar-winning costume designer Ruth E. Carter.

Get ready to find out what happens when you dance with the devil on April 18, 2025.
