Not to be confused with Eli Roth’s new studio, Horror Section is a St. Louis-based horror punk band in the vein of the Misfits, Ramones, and Teenage Bottlerocket.
The group pays homage to Hellraiser III with their latest song and video, “Hell on Earth,” which you can watch exclusively below.
The track comes from their upcoming third full-length, Part III: Return to Rot, along with 13 other infectiously catchy songs inspired by horror threequels.
“Hellraiser III is such a fun movie I knew I had to include it on our Part III album,” frontman Teflon Dave tells Bloody Disgusting. “This is actually the third Hellraiser themed song we have done — one on each previous full-length — so it’s nice to have that continuity as well. CD Cenobite rules!”
Horror Section will release Part III: Return to Rot on October 10. Vinyl, cassettes, VHS, and more limited edition merch is available to pre-order now at Eccentric Pop Records.
Previous singles from the album include “Together Forever” (based on Friday the 13th Part III) and “Hunger” (based on Return of the Living Dead 3).
