In addition to releasing classic horror films on Blu-ray and DVD, Scream Factory has really started to up the number of newer films they release. The general response on these newer films overall seems to be mixed, but personally I’ve loved quite a few of them (Hellions was one in particular I really loved, read my review). Given I’ve enjoy a number of these films, I’m always up for more so naturally The Funhouse Massacre interests me. I’m not familiar with the director Andy Palmer, but I love Robert Englund and I really love Clint Howard. The premise sounds interesting as well. We’ll find out this June how the movie itself actually fares.
Synopsis:
Six of the world’s scariest psychopaths escape from a local Asylum and proceed to unleash terror on the unsuspecting crowd of a Halloween Funhouse whose themed mazes are inspired by their various reigns of terror.Special Features:
