Scream! Factory has announced that they will be releasing the 1978 remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers on home video. Their edition will include a ton of features, but the main focus is that it will also see a brand new 2k scan from the film’s interpositive.
Directed by Philip Kaufman and starring Donald Sutherland, Brooke Adams, Leonard Nimoy, Veronica Cartwright and Jeff Goldblum, the blu-ray will be released on August 2nd.
