Lionsgate’s Vestron Video is bringing us 1987’s The Gate on February 28th.
It’s headed to Blu-ray for the very first time this week courtesy of Vestron Video, and ahead of the release comes this exclusive clip from one of the included special features. The exclusive featurette recounts how they designed the film’s minions.

After an old tree is removed from the ground, three young children accidentally release a horde of nasty, pint-sized demons from the hole in a suburban backyard. What follows is a classic battle between good and evil as the three kids struggle to overcome a nightmarish hell that is literally taking over the Earth.
