One of the most exciting titles Scream Factory announced at Comic-Con was Rob Reiner’s Misery, which will be getting the Collector’s Edition treatment later this year. Fitting, given how much Stephen King is dominating the tail end of 2017.
Scream Factory announced today that the Misery Collector’s Edition Blu-ray will be released on November 28, and they also revealed the alternate cover art. It comes courtesy of Joel Robinson, who frequently does the company’s covers.
“Bonus features and specs are still in progress and will be announced sometime in September,” Scream Factory also noted. “We can confirm though that we will be doing a new 4K film transfer and we have a new interview with Director Rob Reiner already!”
As always, the reverse side of the wrap will showcase the original theatrical poster art design. And the release will come with a slipcover featuring Robinson’s new art.
