Not only has Leslie Vernon returned this year in the form of a “spreemake” comic, but as we recently told you, a 10th anniversary re-release of Behind the Mask is on the way.
Originally the plan was to unleash the 10th anniversary version of Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon on digital outlets today, but today instead brings different news. Scream Factory reports that they’ll be bringing Leslie back to Blu-ray for a new release next year, likely loaded with new special features!
“Look for this all-new Collector’s Edition Blu-ray release in March of next year,” they wrote on Facebook. “More details to be announced end of Nov/early Dec.”
We expect that the Scream Factory release will include a new commentary track from director Scott Glosserman, along with (hopefully) the deleted courtroom epiloque.
