Horror Repeats This March In ‘The Endless’ Mind F**k

Well Go USA has finally set a date for their indie festival hit The Endless, a chilling sci-fi/horror hybrid from Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (ResolutionSpring). Opening on March 23, 2018I labeled it as another “true indie gem out of the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this year.

Moorhead and Benson star as brothers who return to the death cult from which they fled a decade ago, only to find that there might be some truth to the group’s otherworldly beliefs.

The filmmaking duo recently issued the following statement:

The Endless is a film made hand-over-fist with an incredible crew, and ourselves wearing many hats, out of a conviction that audiences truly do want left-of-center, meaningful independent films. Well Go throwing their theatrical support behind us shows a shared belief that the box office is more than just superheroes. Audiences will be able to see The Endless at its best: sound cranked up in a dark theater, sharing the experience with movie lovers like ourselves.”

Tate Ellington, James Jordan, Shane Brady and Kira Powell also star.

NICE. It already looks like it’ll be one of my fave films of the year.

I’m really excited for this. Resolution is an all-time favorite of mine and Spring was also very good.

I can’t even begin to express how excited i am to be able to see this as this dynamic duo are just incredible and their joint combined talents really does beggars belief. Everything from the Directing, Writing, Acting, Editing and the breathtaking Cinematography takes low budget filmmaking to a whole new higher level. It doesn’t happen very often but the trailer actually gave me goosebumps and i just really hope that it arrives here in the UK sooner rather than later.

A couple of films I’m definitely looking forward to seeing this year, this one is on that list. I hate to have to say this but towards the end of the trailer one of the quotes said “absolute perfection”…… film is perfect. As much as I want to see this I don’t like that. Even my all time favorites list not one of them do I consider to be perfect.

I’m going to assume this will be select theaters?

“The Endless” is totally worth a look. Unique plot, good performances, mystifying and suspenseful with zero jump scares and no cliches. A little too long but still pretty cool.
