88 Films Set to Release Mega-Edition of Umberto Lenzi’s ‘Eyeball!’

The already impressive Italian Collection from 88 Films is about to get a whole lot more impressive on August 27th with the release of Eyeball from director Umberto Lenzi. Feeling Lenzi has been a bit overlooked when it comes to the Italian horror greats, he has, 88 Films has pulled out all the stops to put together an ultimate edition featuring a brand new 2K scan of the film. The set is going to be packed with special features and if you get in early and grab one of the first 3,000 copies you’ll get even more bang for your buck!

The Blu-ray is available now for pre-order directly from the 88 Films website and I would recommend getting in on that now. While the film isn’t released until late August pre-orders will be shipping from the 88 Films much sooner. And if you’re in North American thinking, “Rats! I can’t order this because I don’t have a region free player,” you’re in luck because this release is region free! So you’ve got no excuse not to get this one. Watch the trailer and then go order your copy.
