[Video] Home Video Featurette Explores the Secret Language of Dance in ‘Suspiria’

If you missed it in theaters, or it simply didn’t even play anywhere near you, you no longer have to wait another second to experience (and it’s very much an *experience*) Luca Guadagnino’s Suspiria. As of today, you can now Digitally purchase one of last year’s best horror films, ahead of Guadagnino’s bold reimagining arriving on Blu-ray on January 29.

Check out a new featurette from the Blu-ray below, wherein choreographer Damien Jalet provides an inside look at crafting the incredible dance sequences in the film.

A darkness swirls at the center of a world-renowned dance company, one that will engulf the troupe’s artistic director (Swinton), an ambitious young dancer (Johnson), and a grieving psychotherapist (Ebersdorf). Some will succumb to the nightmare. Others will finally wake up.”

The cast includes Dakota JohnsonChloe Grace-Moretz, Tilda Swinton, Mia Goth, Sylvie Testud, Renée Soutendijk, Angela Winkler, Małgosia Bela and Lutz Ebersdorf.

Radiohead’s Thom Yorke composed the score. David Kajganich wrote the film, co-financed by Amazon Studios and K Period Media.
