New ‘Pet Sematary’ and 30th Anniversary Edition of Original Being Released in Combo Pack!

Not long after the release of the new 30th anniversary edition of Mary Lambert’s Pet Sematary, this year’s adaptation from Dennis Widmyer and Kevin Kolsch is headed to DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD on July 9th from Paramount Home Entertainment, and if you haven’t yet picked up the 30th anniversary edition, you might want to consider this combo pack.

The 2-movie combo pack will be released on Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD on July 9th as well.

The Digital, 4K Ultra HD, and Blu-ray releases of the new film are packed with over 90 minutes of special features, including hair-raising deleted and extended scenes, a chilling alternate ending, a look at the main characters, behind-the-scenes footage, cast interviews and more.

One of my personal favorite horror movies of all time, 1987’s gateway horror classic The Gate is opening back up on May 14 with a brand new Blu-ray SteelBook release from Lionsgate!

The new release will feature fresh SteelBook artwork from Vance Kelly, seen below.

When best friends Glen (Stephen Dorff) and Terry (Louis Tripp) stumble across a mysterious crystalline rock in Glen’s backyard, they quickly dig up the newly sodden lawn searching for more precious stones.
