‘The Forever Purge’ Brings the “Final” Battle to PVOD Platforms

Published

on

After a short theatrical run that started over Fourth of July weekend, The Forever Purge has already made its way into homes and is now available on PVOD for $19.99. Lower-priced VOD rental options are forthcoming, as are DVD, Blu-ray and Digital HD releases.

In director Everardo Gout‘s fifth installment of The Purge, all the rules are broken as a sect of lawless marauders decides that the annual Purge does not stop at daybreak and instead should never end.

“The next Purge hurtles into innovative new territory as members of an underground movement, no longer satisfied with one annual night of anarchy and murder, decide to overtake America through an unending campaign of mayhem and massacre. No one is safe.”

While billed as “the final Purge“, franchise creator James DeMonaco recently revealed that he does have one more movie idea.

Bloody Disgusting’s Meagan Navarro wasn’t a fan of The Forever Purge, writing that it “expands action, scale, and grueling pessimism.”
