‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ Returns to 4K UHD with Limited Edition SteelBook Release
Just ahead of the I Know What You Did Last Summer legacy sequel’s arrival in theaters, the original 1998 film is returning to 4K UHD with a limited edition SteelBook release.
Look for the SteelBook edition of I Know What You Did Last Summer to hit shelves on June 24, 2025.
In the horror movie, “After an accident on a winding road, four teens make the fatal mistake of dumping their victim’s body into the sea. Exactly one year later, the four friends’ deadly secret resurfaces as they’re stalked by a hook-handed figure looking for more than just an apology…”
Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prinze, Jr., Ryan Phillippe, Bridgette Wilson, and Johnny Galecki star in the film directed by Jim Gillespie and written by Kevin Williamson.
The suspenseful teen horror movie is based on the novel by Lois Duncan.

‘Hokum’ Heads Home to Digital Tomorrow Ahead of Physical Media Release in August
After scaring up a strong theatrical run, Oddity director Damian McCarthy’s Hokum heads home to Digital this week.
Settle in for a spooky supernatural chiller as Hokum arrives on all Digital platforms to rent or own beginning June 2, followed by a Blu-ray/4K Ultra HD Combo and DVD release on August 11, 2026.
Adam Scott (“Severance”) stars in Hokum as reclusive novelist Ohm Bauman. When he retreats to a remote Irish inn to scatter his parents’ ashes, the staff’s tales of an ancient witch haunting the honeymoon suite take hold of his mind. Disturbing visions and a shocking disappearance draw Ohm into a nightmarish confrontation with the darkest corners of his past.

What’s next from Damian McCarthy? He’s currently writing a haunted house movie, but recent comments suggest he may be moving into other genres beyond that upcoming project.
