Aaron Moorhead and Justin Benson are absolutely phenomenal filmmakers and storytellers, which is why we were so excited to have them be part of our VHS Viral from last year. Whether you’re a fan of the film or not, they are the duo behind the awesome indies Resolution and Spring, the latter which debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Next up is The Endless, which they are set to star in and co-direct, says Variety, who also says there’s no plot details available.
Also starring are Tate Ellington (Sinister 2), Callie Hernandez (Alien: Covenant), Lew Temple (31), James Jordan, Kira Powell, Emily Montague, Peter Cilella, Vinny Curran and Shane Brady.
The film, which begins principal photography in San Diego this week, is a co-production between Moorhead and Benson’s longtime producing partner David Lawson Jr. as well as Love & Death Productions, and Pfaff & Pfaff Productions.
