‘Chernobyl Diaries’ Director Falls Through An Appalachian Sinkhole

Award-winning filmmakers Julio and Diego Hallivis, aka The Hallivis Brothers, announced today that their company 1inMM Productions has set Brad Parker (Chernobyl Diaries) to direct a yet-to-be-titled horror/thriller for the company.

In the film, a geological expedition to an Appalachian sinkhole becomes a terrifying fight for survival against a mysterious deadly force.

The film will be financed and produced by 1inMM, and will also be produced by Alejandro De Leon and Andres Rosende with Jared Ian Goldman as an Executive Producer. The script was penned by Eric Scherbarth and Stefan Jaworski.

The film scheduled to go into production this month in Kentucky.

While Parker is best known as the director of Chernobyl Diaries, he is also known as a visual effects supervisor on films such as We Own the Night and Let Me In, as well as second unit director of Sof the Apes and War For the Planet of the Apes.
