Kristian A. Söderström‘s Swedish Videoman (Videomannen) is set to have its World Premiere at the FrightFest Film Festival, which runs from Aug 23 – Aug 27, 2018 in London.
In the film, “A VHS collector and a woman obsessed with the 80s, both alcoholics, initiates a romance that helps them battle their personal failures.” It stars Stefan Sauk, Lena Nilsson, and Morgan Alling.
Bloody Disgusting was able to nab the trailer, first stills and official poster for the film, which the fest describes as “Dario Argento meets Mike Leigh” of which is a “sly and playfully moving celebration of Italian genre cinema and social realities.”
