The upcoming Blumhouse horror film The Darkness is coming to theaters on Friday the 13th (perfect date for a horror movie, right?) and we want to give you a little taste of the mythology that went into creating the film. That’s why we got our hands on an exclusive clip that goes into the film’s Native American demon mythology of the Anasazi tribe.

The Darkness, which is directed by Greg McLean (Wolf Creek) stars Bacon, Radha Mitchell, David Mazouz, Lucy Fry, Matt Walsh, and Jennifer Morrison. It will hit theaters on May 13th.
