Mickey Keating has been turning a lot of heads with his films Pod and Darling. Now the director is ready to take us on a thrilling and suspenseful cat-and-mouse chase with Carnage Park (review). And to give you an idea of what you’re in store for, a trailer has been released and can be seen below.
“It’s 1978 and a bank robbery gone wrong leaves Vivian (The Last Exorcism’s Ashley Bell) the hostage of two criminals on the run. But things go from bad to off-the-rails berserk when she and her captors wind up on the sun-baked desert outpost of a deranged ex-military sniper (Pat Healy), who ensnares them in his deadly game of cat and mouse.”
Also starring are Darby Stanchfield (“Scandal”), Pat Healy (Cheap Thrills, The Innkeepers) and Alan Ruck (Ferris Bueller’s Day)
Carnage Park will get a limited theatrical release as well as hit VOD on July, 1st.
