A teaser trailer for John Wick: Chapter 2 has been released and it looks like it’s going to deliver everything we loved about the first film, only this time it’ll be set in the romantic and beautiful city of Rome. We get to see the titular character get all suited up for what appears to be a flat out war in the holy city, with shootings happening left and right. I have a feeling the architects and artists that helped build and design this city would NOT be thrilled by this kinda chaos going on!
Legendary hitman John Wick is forced back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins’ guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers.
The film is directed by Chad Stahelski based on a screenplay by Derek Kolstad and stars Keanu Reeves, Common, Riccardo Scamarcio, Laurence Fishburne, Ruby Rose, Bridget Moynahan, Lance Reddick, Franco Nero, with John Leguizamo, and Ian McShane.
John Wick: Chapter 2 hits theaters February 10th, 2017.
