‘A Cure For Wellness’ Comes in a Little, Blue Bottle

On February 17, 2017, 20th Century Fox will release his A Cure For Wellness, which sounds  bit like a non-violent Hostel. Dane DeHaan stars as an employee who has been sent to rescue his boss from a European “wellness spa,” while Mia Goth would play a patient at the facility.

The film is described as a supernatural horror film, although yesterday’s viral videos only tell us one thing: we’re all sick and need help. The new teaser poster shares the same sentiment with the cure being posed as liquid in a little, blue bottle.

An ambitious young executive is sent to retrieve his company’s CEO from an idyllic but mysterious “wellness center” at a remote location in the Swiss Alps. He soon suspects that the spa’s miraculous treatments are not what they seem. When he begins to unravel its terrifying secrets, his sanity is tested, as he finds himself diagnosed with the same curious illness that keeps all the guests here longing for the cure.

Gore Verbinski, who directed The Ring and Pirates of the Caribbean, directs.
