Jinga, a genre sales specialist, has made a three picture deal with Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment for the sci-fi thrillers The Rift and Lost Solace as well as the supernatural horror film Through the Shadow for UK and Irish audiences, according to ScreenDaily. No release date for any of the films has yet been issued.
The Rift sounds very similar to John Carpenter’s The Thing and follows, “…Ken Foree (‘Dawn Of The Dead’), Monte Markham (‘The Six Million Dollar Man’) and Katerina Kas (‘The Wolf Of Wall Street’) as CIA agents sent to investigate the wreckage of a US spacecraft which has crashed in Serbia, whose only surviving astronaut has been infected with a virus that threatens the existence of mankind.”
In Lost Solace, a psychopath feels empathy for the first time after taking an experimental drug. Andrew Jenkins plays the psychopath.
Through the Shadow follows a nanny who is tasked with watching two children while staying in a haunted coffee plantation. Victoria Cavendish is attached to that feature.
