Spruce Up Your Christmas Tree With This Limited Edition ‘The Exorcist’ Ornament

Published

on

Alright, let me start by making it 100% clear that this product was a collaboration between Homemade Horror Christmas’ Gage LaPeer, who conceived the design, and our own John Squires through his Freddy in Space brand. Okay, now that that’s clear, let’s get to this!

For today and today only, you can pre-order a limited edition Christmas ornament that is based on one of the most iconic scenes from the 1973 horror film The Exorcist. The ornament shows Regan floating above her bed, just like she did during the exorcism scene with Father Karras and Father Merrin. This is done with clever chain tricks, allowing Regan to hang suspended above the bed while still being able to move. And if you want to put her on the bed itself, that’s not a problem either. Just remove one of the chain links and you’re all set!

The product description explains: “The ornament is approximately 6.5″ tall: the bed is 4.5″ x 2.5″ and Regan is 3.5″ long. Chain is removable so that Regan can lay in bed and be posed as a display piece. These are made-to-order, and will begin shipping out in early December – guaranteed to arrive well before Christmas!

If you want one, simply head on to Storenvy and snag one before the end of today!

Matilda Firth Joins the Cast of Director Leigh Whannell’s ‘Wolf Man’ Movie

Filming is underway on The Invisible Man director Leigh Whannell’s Wolf Man for Universal and Blumhouse, which will be howling its way into theaters on January 17, 2025.

Deadline reports that Matilda Firth (Disenchanted) is the latest actor to sign on, joining Christopher Abbott (Poor Things),  Julia Garner (The Royal Hotel), and Sam Jaeger.

The project will mark Whannell’s second monster movie and fourth directing collaboration with Blumhouse Productions (The Invisible Man, Upgrade, Insidious: Chapter 3).

Wolf Man stars Christopher Abbott as a man whose family is being terrorized by a lethal predator.

Writers include Whannell & Corbett Tuck as well as Lauren Schuker Blum & Rebecca Angelo.

Jason Blum is producing the film. Ryan Gosling, Ken Kao, Bea Sequeira, Mel Turner and Whannell are executive producers. Wolf Man is a Blumhouse and Motel Movies production.

In the wake of the failed Dark Universe, Leigh Whannell’s The Invisible Man has been the only real success story for the Universal Monsters brand, which has been struggling with recent box office flops including the comedic Renfield and period horror movie The Last Voyage of the Demeter. Giving him the keys to the castle once more seems like a wise idea, to say the least.
