Shudder Acquires French Thriller ‘Therapy’

Shudder has nabbed rights to Therapy from 17-year-old director Nathan Ambrosioni. This found footage film is the second feature length film for the young director. Therapy premieres exclusively on Shudder November 17th.

In French with English subtitled, “Jane and Simon are two young police officers leading a routine investigation following the discovery of hidden video equipment in an abandoned house by a night watchman.
But the first filmed images go well beyond a simple holiday movie. The two investigators realize that they have to move quickly if they are to find out what has become of Steven, Stephanie, Olivia, Sam and Sebastien….. before it’s too late.”

One of my personal favorite horror movies of all time, 1987’s gateway horror classic The Gate is opening back up on May 14 with a brand new Blu-ray SteelBook release from Lionsgate!

The new release will feature fresh SteelBook artwork from Vance Kelly, seen below.

When best friends Glen (Stephen Dorff) and Terry (Louis Tripp) stumble across a mysterious crystalline rock in Glen’s backyard, they quickly dig up the newly sodden lawn searching for more precious stones.
