Bret Easton Ellis’ new original series for digital video app, Fullscreen, debuts in two days and we’ve got the first trailer!
Like others around these parts, I’m a massive fan of Ellis’ writing, particularly “American Psycho“. His films are incredibly esoteric and his podcast is unfiltered in a way that is always refreshing. We’ve been told “The Deleted” is a no-holds bared bloodbath, so despite the obvious limitations that come along with a web-series, I’m on board to check it out.
“The Deleted” is a cult thriller that follows the disappearance of three seemingly unconnected people from Los Angeles, which triggers paranoia among a group of twenty somethings who escaped from a cult years earlier.
Vine “star” Nash Grier leads the unknown cast, as well as “Orange is the New Black’s” Madeline Brewer, Ian Nelsen and Amanda Cerny also star with a debut set for December 4, 2016.
