Storm Reid, who headlines Disney’s A Wrinkle in Time and starred in Sleight, will star opposite David Oyelowo (Selma, The Butler) in Only You, the latest thriller from Blumhouse Productions, writes THR.
Jacob Estes wrote the “mind-bending” script and is directing the feature, which began production Monday in Los Angeles.
Details are being kept locked tight, but You involves a police officer (Oyelowo) whose family was killed, a niece (Reid) who is in danger, and a plot with time-travel elements.
Jason Blum is producing. Oyelowo is executive producing along with Blumhouse’s Couper Samuelson and Jeanette Volturno. Jay Martin is also exec producing.
