Sounding like “The Bachelorette” meets Bill and Ted via “Quantum Leap”, Alice Lowe‘s follow up to Prevenge has been announced. Timestalker will bring back Lowe as writer, director and star of the Western Edge Pictures project. Screen Daily reported the first plot points which sound like a lot of fun:
Timestalker is a metaphysical rom-com in which the lead character Agnes is reincarnated every time she falls in love with the wrong man.
It is further described as a “hilarious, violent tale that encapsulates the female romantic predicament in multiple eras.”
Lowe will star alongside an ensemble cast that will recur throughout each historical period depicted in the film.
Shooting won’t begin until 2018.
