Eight years after Steven Spielberg executive produced The Goonies, made from a story he himself came up with, Spielberg forever changed the movie industry with Jurassic Park. But did he cleverly hide a fun series of connections to The Goonies in his tale of dinosaurs run amok?!
Over on Reddit recently, user Shadewfb blew the internet’s collective mind with a simple fun fact: every outfit Dennis Nedry wears in Jurassic Park is almost exactly the same as the outfits worn by the cast of young characters in The Goonies!
From a Hawaiian style button-up shirt to a silver/grey jacket and a bright yellow raincoat, Nedry’s wardrobe directly mirrors outfits worn by Chunk, Mouth and Mikey.
Given Spielberg’s involvement in both, we’re thinking this *had* to have been intentional!
